By choosing Signature Fingerprinting LLC for your fingerprinting services, you agree to the following terms and policies.

 


 

Service Definition

Live Scan fingerprinting is a service, not a product. Our service begins when your first fingerprint is captured and concludes when fingerprints are provided on a physical card, via electronic submission, or as an EFT file.

 


 

Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Fingerprints are no longer needed by the customer/client.

  • The customer/client submits fingerprints incorrectly to an agency or business.

  • The customer/client provides incorrect information to the fingerprint technician.

  • The receiving agency or business does not accept the Live Scan, physical paper copy, electronic submission, or EFT file.

 

We provide one fingerprint card at no additional charge.

  • The agency or business rejects the fingerprints due to poor quality.

 

 


 

Quality Assurance

Our goal is to deliver the highest quality fingerprint captures possible. While we may offer guidance based on our experience, agency procedures can change, and information from agencies may be vague or outdated. It is the customer’s/client’s responsibility to verify and follow the correct procedures for their specific requirements.

If fingerprints are rejected for quality reasons, Signature Fingerprinting LLC will recapture your fingerprints at no additional charge. Please note that refunds will not be given for poor-quality fingerprints; instead, one free re-capture attempt will be provided as outlined above.
